The complete rules of working on EduOwls.Tutors: how a student reaches you, how much time you have to reply and pay, how the service fee is calculated, how refunds work and what happens when you delete your profile.

How matching works
Key facts
- Service fee — the price of two of your lessons, charged once per student.
- 5 hours — to confirm you are ready to take the student.
- 12 hours — to pay for access to the contacts after the student picks you.
- Refund — the “Request a refund” button in your dashboard, within 10 days of payment.

Guarantees and refunds
The service fee (the price of two lessons) is charged once, when the contacts are unlocked. All further lessons are free of any platform fee.
The tutor is solely responsible for taxes on income from lessons — see the public offer agreement.
